Return Policies

Sale Item Returns 25% or Over.

No refunds on any sale items discounted at 25% and over. This means that any item purchased that is on sale for equal to or more than 25% Skookum Gear will not issue a refund. Any items that are sent back to Skookum will be sent back to the at the customers expense. These are 'Final Sale items'.


No refunds after 30 days from date of purchase. Returns after 30 days are at management discretion and refund will be in form of credit on account or money back If item is in its original condition and all tags intact.  Returns of special order/non-stock items and sale items are at management discretion and may be subject to applicable restocking fees.


To Return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  Shipping Costs are non-refundable.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee we will receive your returned items. 


Any Returned items must be in its original condition, and all tags needs to be intact.  Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Please allow for a period up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
